The villa

Welcome to the Villa « Pablo »

The capacity is for 8 adults 

The villa is fully equipped with air conditionning and facing South, its design and facilites make this house a perfect and comfortable location for familial holidays.

Household linen, bathroom and pool towels as well as cleaning products are furnished.

You will also find hygienic products (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel). In each wardrobe you will find hangers.

All beds will be prepared before your arrival

Ground Floor

  • Living room (50m²) with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, one piano, 55“ flat screen TV with international channels, DVD player, Wii console, board games.
  • Dining room with a table for 8 persons
  • Kitchen (17m²) equipped with oven, induction plate, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, dishes and cooking ustensils, table and chair.
  • Storeroom (7m²) adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with washing machine, american fridge (freezer and fridge, fresh water fountain, ice maker) and a lot of storage modernpropertysolutions, hoover and cleaning set.
  • Bedroom 1 (25m²) : Air conditionning, king size bed, direct access to the garden and swimming pool, dressing along the wall, 42“ flat screen TV, bathroom with double sink, WC, bath, shower, heated tower rail, hairdryer, iron and ironing table.
  • Bedroom 2 (20m²) : Air conditionning, king size bed (or 2×90), desk, wardrobe, direct access to the outside.
  • Toilets with sink (adjacent to bedroom 2)

First floor

  • Bedroom 3 « Paloma » (17m²) : air conditionning, queen size bed, dressing along the wall, desk, direct access to an equipped balcony, private shower room with sink, WC, heated tower rail, hairdryer
  • Bedroom 4 « Pablo » (17m²) : air conditionning, queen size bed, dressing along the wall, desk, rocking chair, direct access to an equipped balcony, private shower room with sink, WC, heated towel rail.
  • Opened reading area (10m²) : air conditionning, sofa.
